Cheddar, Leek & Spinach Quiche (3.5” & 9”) - VEG
We’ve been making this for going on 9 years. Having tried different variations, it became clear this was the winner. Fresh leeks, old cheddar and cream make it pop!
Chicken Vegetable with Rosemary (3.5” & 9”)
This is my son Ryan’s favourite. Breast of chicken with about a dozen different vegetables (no mushrooms) in a rich cream sauce, highlighted by fresh rosemary
Chicken Tourtière (3.5” & 9”)
This is a variation of the French Canadian classic. Instead of ground pork and beef, we use ground chicken, sour cream and all the aromatic spices like cinnamon and allspice
Mushroom & Leek with Sherry (3.5” only) - VEG
This is our newest creation. A medley of mushrooms slowly sautéed in sherry and butter (of course) along with fresh leeks and some slivered roasted potato
Boeuf à la Bourguignon (9” only)
Tender beef is slowly sautéed in a burgundy wine and then cooked with onions and carrots in a rich, dark sauce peppered with herbes de provence
